description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Unity Developer to work on new casual projects. Are you ready to break into our team and conquer new heights with us? Then leave a request and let's get acquainted!
WHAT’S TO BE DONE??
- Designing the application architecture from scratch and maintaining the existing codebase
- Developing key high-load modules (combat system, rendering optimization)
- Managing a team of Unity developers (3 to 5 people): task assignment, code reviews, and mentoring
- Integrating third-party SDKs (ads, analytics) and configuring In-App Purchases
- Optimizing performance for mobile devices (battery usage, memory consumption, thermal throttling);
- Ensuring code quality and meeting sprint deadlines.
WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 5 years of commercial Unity development experience
- At least 2 published projects on Google Play and/or the App Store, with your role in each project specified
- C#: In-depth knowledge of LINQ, generics, event-driven models, and multithreading
- Architecture: Advanced knowledge of OOP, design patterns (MVC/MVP/MVVM, FSM, Strategy), and SOLID principles
- Unity: Experience with Addressables, Asset Bundles, Profiler, and the Job System
- Dependency Injection: Hands-on experience with Zenject or alternatives such as VContainer/Extenject
- Asynchronous programming: Strong knowledge of UniTask is required, including an understanding of how it differs from coroutines.
